In the vast expanse of unborn sky,
Where no center and no edge abide,
You appear —
Riding the winds of compassion.
Like a garuda crossing boundless space,
You descend not from above,
But from the clear light nature of mind itself.
The sky is empty —
Yet from emptiness arises form.
The sound of the blades turning in space
Echoes the mantra of interdependence.
High above the mountains of ignorance,
You travel freely —
Untouched by gain or loss,
Beyond praise and blame.
O Master,
Your learning vast as the great snow ranges,
Your meditation deep as the ocean of samadhi,
Your compassion swift as the wind.
From the sky you come,
Yet never separate from the ground of being.
You show us that samsara and nirvana
Are not two.
In the play of clouds and light
Form appears and dissolves —
Thus you teach without words:
All phenomena are the union of opposites.
Sound and silence.
Motion and stillness.
Above and below.
Coming and going.
Like a rainbow in the empty sky,
Brilliant yet without substance,
You reveal the dance of appearance and emptiness.
O precious Guru,
In every turning blade of the sky-chariot
We hear the Dharma wheel turning.
In every step you take upon the earth
We see the Bodhisattva vow alive.
May I recognize
The sky-like nature of my own mind.
May I follow the path you reveal.
May all beings be liberated
In the vast expanse of clear light. 🇧🇹
