We welcomed 2020 in a spirit so unique to our culture. Our Dasho announced that he should henceforth be addressed as Acho and not as Dasho...... Specially to promote friendship, family and brotherly feelings that are vitally essential to organizational success.

Our Acho reminded us to be mindful of 3 Rs.... Reflection, Resolution and Rituals.... that are critical to better ourselves in 2020 and beyond. He shared his beliefs....mainly adding value to other human beings. He also cautioned us of 2 PAINS..... the pain of DISCIPLINE and the pain of REGRET..... EITHER DISCIPLINE NOW OR REGRET LATER.....the choice was left to the employees.

As we look forward to 2020, we felt it appropriate to begin a new year by recognizing our employees, particularly those who have dedicated their lives to the cause of an organization. There were 7 employees who served more than 25 years in one organization. It is a lot, indeed. A lot of seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years.

Nothing can substitute the time they have given to the organization. Many.... Many.... Many Thanks for believing and being with this organization.
