🇧🇷 - Muito antes dos clones chegarem ao campo de batalha, eram os pilotos da República que abriam caminho pelos céus das Guerras Clônicas. Cada voo exigia coragem, precisão e um compromisso inabalável com a missão.

Esta imagem faz parte da minha série fotográfica da LAAT Gunship em escala 1/6, produzida com action figures 1/6 e enriquecida com matte painting para recriar a atmosfera cinematográfica de Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Todo o cenário foi produzido por mim, usando o Hot Toys Yoda e iluminação prática real com o sabre da Poketsabers ✨

Um agradecimento especial à pelo sabre de luz insano — a iluminação prática fez toda a diferença para alcançar esse clima cinematográfico.

Bringing this scene to life was an incredible experience.
The entire set was built by me using the Hot Toys Yoda and real practical lighting with the lightsaber from Pokesabers✨

EN - In 2019, I brought together a group of friends with the same creative drive to take a project off the ground: building a Republic LAAT gunship for a photoshoot with my collection.

Then the pandemic hit, and like for everyone, the pace changed. The project moved forward slowly, through pauses, restarts, and a lot of persistence. In 2022, we finally finished the ship — and in 2023, we wrapped up the project with the full shoot.

It was a long journey, full of stories, challenges, and lessons along the way. Seeing it all come together brought that great feeling of a mission accomplished and the closing of a meaningful chapter.

This is the making of a photoshoot we dreamed about and waited a long time to create. 💚

🇧🇷 - Em 2019, juntei um grupo de amigos com a mesma inquietação criativa pra tirar um projeto do papel: construir a nave LAAT da República para um ensaio fotográfico com a minha coleção.

Aí veio a pandemia e, como pra todo mundo, o ritmo mudou. O projeto seguiu aos poucos, entre pausas, recomeços e muita persistência. Em 2022, finalmente conseguimos concluir a nave — e em 2023, fechamos esse capítulo com o ensaio completo.

Foi uma jornada longa, cheia de histórias, perrengues e aprendizados. Ver tudo pronto deu aquela sensação boa de missão cumprida e fim de ciclo.

Esse é o making of de um ensaio que a gente sonhou e esperou por muito tempo. 💚

Esse foi o primeiro diorama que eu produzi — e confesso que me diverti demais no processo.

A ideia era trazer um pedacinho da guerra em Muunilinst, com os soldados da 501st Legion avançando com cuidado em meio aos destroços.

Tudo que aparece na cena é físico: cenário feito à mão, iluminação real e meus colecionáveis em ação 📸

É muito massa ver como um ambiente em escala pequena pode ganhar vida desse jeito.

Esse foi só o começo… 👀🔥

This was the first diorama I ever made — and honestly, I had a lot of fun creating it.

The idea was to bring a small piece of the war on Muunilinst to life, with soldiers from the 501st Legion carefully advancing through the ruins.

Everything you see here is physical: a handmade environment, real lighting, and my collectibles in action 📸

It’s amazing to see how a small-scale setup can feel so alive like this.

🇧🇷 - Serenno. Território de nobreza, silêncio e controle.

Conde Dookan nunca precisou da força bruta — sua presença, sua mente e sua elegância sempre falaram mais alto.

Na fotografia de Hot Toys, gosto de trabalhar a luz e a sombra, e cada pose ajuda a traduzir personalidade em escala.

Colecionar para mim, é isso: usar a arte da fotografia para construir narrativas.

Count Dookan never needed brute force — his presence, his mind, and his elegance always spoke louder.

In Hot Toys photography, I like to work with light and shadow, and each pose helps translate personality at scale.

Clone Wars (2003).

The Separatists were never just villains.
They fought to break away from a Republic that no longer represented them — until their cause was hijacked by the Dark Side.

Manipulated by Palpatine, also known as Darth Sidious, they became pieces in a game far greater than themselves.

In this scene, war isn’t about heroes.
It’s about collapsing systems, distorted ideals, and decisions carried out by machines.

This image is my interpretation of that moment.
Hot Toys and Sideshow figures turned into narrative, using matte painting to transform battle into a question.

In the end, who was really right?

Os separatistas nunca foram apenas vilões.
Lutavam para se afastar de uma República que já não os representava — até que sua causa foi sequestrada pelo Lado Sombrio.

Manipulados por Palpatine, também conhecido como Darth Sidious, viraram peças de um jogo muito maior do que eles mesmos.

Nesta cena, a guerra não fala de heróis.
Fala de sistemas em colapso, ideais distorcidos e decisões executadas por máquinas.

Essa imagem é minha leitura desse instante.
Figures da Hot Toys e da Sideshow transformadas em narrativa, usando matte painting para transformar batalha em pergunta.

Clone Wars (2003).
A quick scene, almost a breath in the middle of the war — yet one that has always stayed with me.

The rain, the solitary advance, the sky in conflict.
A few seconds on screen, a lasting impact in memory.

This image is my interpretation of that moment.
A Sideshow figure turned into narrative, using matte painting to give shape to the rain, the silence, and the epic scale of that era of Clone Wars.

Some moments pass quickly.
Others remain.

Uma cena rápida, quase um respiro no meio da guerra — mas que sempre ficou comigo.

A chuva, o avanço solitário, o céu em conflito.
Poucos segundos na tela, impacto eterno na memória.

Essa imagem é minha leitura desse instante.
Uma figure Sideshow que virou narrativa, usando matte painting para dar forma à chuva, ao silêncio e à grandiosidade dessa era de Clone Wars.

Alguns momentos passam rápido.
Outros ficam.
