CAPOEIRA is the highest manifestation of the afro-indigenous Brazilian culture manifested through dance, music, martial art and acrobatics. It is a sport, a rhythmic and multicultural art; it is the union of distinct costumes. For me, apart from all of this, it is a philosophy of life, a way to teach movements to the human being in a way that you can realize the potential and limitations of your own body and finally overcome its limits through the practice.
