2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ - Non-urban portraits of the transient beauty of future ex-houses, frozen in the liminal space before they transform into towering structures. Every frame is a nostalgic nod to what will soon be history. 107 images.

📷 2021, 2022, 2023. Non-urban portraits 📷

Since 2020, life has taken a different turn—a pandemic reshaped our reality, leaving us enclosed in a world of uncertainty. It wasn't just isolation or adapting to remote work; it was a collective pause that altered our perspectives. Neither was the distance from work colleagues, friends, and family.

We lost perspective.

We always need something to strive for, something we are inspired by and hope to achieve.

2021, 2022, 2023. Three years looking for familiar scenes from a perspective of social isolation into a journey through a year of intimate glimpses into a world in pause.

They are portraits of a world at a standstill and would soon start moving again, records of places that the return of movement will erase. Each snapshot tells a story of resilience and expression, echoing the spirit of a year that found beauty in unexpected places.

Opening space to new yearnings.👊
