| The bronze coffee table expands this narrative by materializing an imaginary cartography. Its top, with its fluid, highly polished surface, takes on an abstract form directly derived from the map of Delos—the sacred island that is the epicenter of inspiration for this series. The piece is supported by robust bases that preserve the raw texture, creating a dialogue between the organic nature of the support and the horizontal expansion of the metal. By transforming the island’s geography into a sculptural object with a function, the table proposes a new balance between the historical weight of bronze and the lightness of forms that seem to float and expand in space. |
