Tomorrow I’ll be hosting “Floating Garden” A creative ritual for renewal and reflection inside of the membership 🪷

Floating Garden is a hands-on art for self-discovery workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and explore what is blooming, overflowing, joyful, and missing in your life right now.
All you need is paper, scissors, crayons, and a bowl of water. My intention is that you’ll leave the session with a deeper sense of clarity, connection, and appreciation for the current season of your life.
You may not find all the answers in one hour, but you’ll take with you a simple, beautiful ritual you can return to whenever you need to pause, release, and let new insights bloom 💐

Agenda:
We’ll start with a brief introduction and conversation about the importance of creative rituals and the lotus flower symbolism;
We’ll move to the fun part: making our paper & crayon flowers and seeing them blossom
Last but not least we will have a moment to reflect and share about the experience 🌈

I’m so grateful to announce that my series “Home is Where the Heart Is” is now exclusively available with 💖
This series is a reflection on Identity, Belonging, and what stays when you live in multiple places. For the last 4 years I split my time between 2 countries and 4 cities. That’s a lot of different places, cultures and ways of living in a somewhat short amount of time. Having this experience has been absolutely thrilling, but also extremely overwhelming. What do you call home and how do you feel grounded when you are constantly on the move or going from one place from another because immigration laws forced you to?

This series was a tangible way to make sense of what I am going through while also celebrating and honoring my support system and my growth as I am slowly building a new relationship with myself while I am navigating this very uncertain season of my life.

Even though this series was made as an individual urge to make sense and find more grounding in what is going on with my life, my intentions for the viewers are that they remember that they are not alone, that regardless of where they are in this world they belong, and that they can find home from within too. I hope that you feel seen and supported with these artworks.

“Migration is an Earth Right” - Gopal Dayaneni

This year has been all about trying to process being denied building a life right next to my husband in his home country after two years in the immigration process and hearing on my interview “we’re so sorry we can’t grant you your visa because of this decree made a few days ago”. I dream of a word where people are not kept apart because of geographic borders

Migration is a natural, ancestral and ecological necessity for so many species on planet earth part and humans should have the same rights. Embroidering this illustration with Dayaneni’s quote allowed me to cope a little more with what I am going through and I guess all of this experience is teaching me so much about navigating this world and advocating for what I believe in when the time comes.
Sending love and a big hug to whoever may be experiencing something similar too 🫂

Eu criei essa obra lá em 2019, em um contexto de vida completamente diferente do que estou vivendo agora, e de alguma forma a vida continua fazendo convites para que eu me lembre de que tudo muda e tudo continua se transformando em uma dança cósmica. E agora, mais do que nunca em uma fase tão desafiadora, tenta me lembrar também que a tempestade vai passar 🤞 acho que uma das coisas mais lindas e especiais da arte é que ela atravessa o tempo-espaço, e é como se a minha eu do passado estivesse mandando um lembrete para a minha eu do futuro e do presente também ✨

As fotos comigo foram tiradas pela , em 2023(?). Já não me reconheço, mas são registros de uma época que levo muito carinho 💖

Com a vinda meio permanente pro Brasil acabei reabrindo o meu site daqui e essa obra está disponível a ser colecionada como uma edição limitada bordada 🫰 o link para o site está na bio ou diretamente em naufss.com.br
