I think this was one of the most intense years. There were many tours in a row, several concerts both in Brazil and abroad. Only with João Bosco we had two tours in Europe that year and a solo tour in Cape Verde. While in Israel, an unprecedented and touching partnership with the Israeli star Achinoam, singing a Hebrew version of "A Paz" (Gilberto Gil) with João Bosco. Not to mention the countless concerts we carried on at the theaters of SESC RJ and SP, as well as a memorable private show at the iconic Copacabana Palace Hotel right after a speech by the former brazilian President Lula in a conference.
Up te swiss mountains to St. Moritz again with Gadi Lehavi in solo, who also played in Muri and in Naples.
The Parisian collective Paris Jazz Underground also played a circuit of shows in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
There was a beautiful circuit by Sesc SP with Paula Lima through 9 cities in the state of São Paulo.
An Omar Puente tour only in Ukraine, still unified in 2013, so we booked Crimea, Koktebel and Kiev on the same trip. Omar Puente was enthusiastically cheered by the crowded Koktebel beach stage under a beautiful night with a full moon.
We've booked the Orquestra do Fubá also there, which will be one of the bands that we will book the most in the following years.
With the Duo Gisbranco and the Brazilian Embassy of Canada, there was a beautiful show in a church in Ottawa. Just to mention a few moments of that year so remarkable, personally and professionally.
