We are excited to announce: 𝒫𝒾𝓃𝑜𝒸𝒸𝒽𝒾𝒶 𝒯𝒶𝓁𝑒𝓈: 𝒜 𝒲𝓇𝒾𝓉𝑒𝓇’𝓈 𝑅𝑜𝑜𝓂 by Rafael Moreno (R Moreno) Moreno’s project unfolds across three chapters exploring fiction as a space for collective production, negotiation and transformation.
A Writer’s Room, a series of collaborative writing sessions brings together artists and writers: Phoenix Atala (Phœnix atala), Ethan Assouline () , Mariana Escobar (), Lou Ferrand (), Star Finch (Star Finch ❤️🔥 Claire Star Finch) and Mona Filleul ()
Drawing on the structure of a television writers’ room, the project mobilises collective writing as both a research methodology and an artistic form. Through script development, conversation and shared speculation, participants collectively construct the narrative of a fictional television series while reflecting on processes of self-construction, collaboration, and the place afforded to difference and the unintelligible within the public sphere.
