What a Day! Check out the behind-the-scenes of the production of one of the soundtracks for the documentary "Extreme Rides", a project that took years to develop. We faced the challenge of telling the story of the old Park Tupã—an amusement park that was a reference in entertainment culture in southern Brazil for 50 years—through sound.
As former visitors of the park, we have a deep affection for it and for everyone who made it happen.
The film stirs up many emotions, and to reflect that, we created original soundtracks spanning a wide range of styles—from circus tunes to Brazilian brega—just like the true park experience.
Our responsibility went beyond composing the music. Serafim was present throughout the video shoot, capturing audio from unexpected and never-before-seen moments. We also handled the post-production of the audio, carefully adding immersive sound effects while ensuring the authenticity of the scenes we witnessed remained intact.
We are incredibly grateful to the park’s team, who welcomed us with open arms. These amazing people brought joy not only to Porto Alegre but also to many other cities they visited with their RVs and unwavering dedication to entertainment.
This film also serves as a tribute to the park’s founder, Hugo Meyer, the central figure and storyteller of the documentary, who sadly passed away in early 2023.

Que dia! Confira os bastidores da produção de uma das trilhas para o documentário “Aparelhos Radicais”, projeto recém lançado mas que demorou anos para ser desenvolvido. Tivemos o desafio de contar, através do som, a história do antigo Park Tupã, parque de diversões que durante 50 anos foi referência em cultura de entretenimento no sul do Brasil. Como frequentadores do parque, temos muito carinho por ele e por todas pessoas que fizeram ele acontecer.
O filme mexe com muitas emoções, e, para isso, produzimos trilhas originais muito diversas, do circense ao brega - como é a verdadeira experiência do parque.
Nossa responsabilidade não foi somente com a criação das músicas. A Serafim esteve presente durante todas as filmagens de vídeo, captando áudio de momentos inusitados e inéditos, e também realizando a pós-produção do áudio, inserindo efeitos sonoros imersivos com o cuidado especial para não alterar a realidade das cenas que presenciamos.
Agradecemos imensamente o pessoal do parque, que abriu as portas e o seus corações. Estas pessoas alegraram muito não só Porto Alegre, mas também várias cidades onde passavam, com seus motorhomes e muita dedicação ao entretenimento. Esse filme também serve como homenagem ao fundador do parque Hugo Meyer, personagem central e condutor da narrativa do filme que veio a falecer no início de 2023.
