Има едно особено спокойствие, което настъпва сред лозята с първите есенни дни. Цветовете стават по-дълбоки и топли, въздухът – по-прохладен и свеж, а тишината край реката се усеща по начин, който може само да се преживее.

Най-добре пазената тайна на винения сезон обаче са делниците.

Между неделя и четвъртък темпото осезаемо се забавя. Няма бързане, няма уикенд динамика — само простор, уют с чаша хубаво вино и усещането, че имението съществува само за вас.

Време за уединение, за спокойна работа сред природата или повод да забавите крачка. Между 11 и 29 октомври нощувките от неделя до четвъртък са с 20% преференциални условия.

There is a distinct tranquility that settles over the vineyards with the first days of autumn. The colors turn deeper and warmer, the air becomes crisper, and the quiet along the river is something that can truly only be experienced.

Yet the best-kept secret of the w**e season is the weekdays.

Between Sunday and Thursday, the pace slows down perceptibly. No rushing, no weekend buzz — just open space, coziness with a fine glass of w**e, and the feeling that the estate exists solely for you.

A time for seclusion, for focused work surrounded by nature, or simply a reason to slow down. Between October 11 and 29, stays from Sunday to Thursday include 20% preferential rates.

Гостуването на Иван Звездев в Seven Generations Estate премина с голям интерес. Специалното меню, приготвено от него и съчетано с вина от нашата изба, даде на гостите още един начин да преживеят вкусовете на имението. 🍷

The grape harvest at Seven Generations Estate is in full swing. 🍇

Over the past few weeks, our guests have been stepping into the vineyards and becoming part of one of the most important moments of the year for every w**ery — bringing in the harvest.

Not just as observers, but with the opportunity to pick the grapes themselves and follow the beginning of their journey towards w**e.

Grape Harvest 2026 continues until 26 September, and there is still time to sign up and take part.

На 18 септември Seven Generations Estate ще посрещне Иван Звездев за специална кулинарна вечер в имението.

Подготвяме среща, в която добрата храна, вината на Seven Generations и неговият кулинарен почерк ще бъдат в центъра на преживяването.

Датата съвпада и с гроздобера в имението — един от най-живите и красиви моменти от годината сред лозята.

For us, it is important to share the feedback we receive from our guests, because it motivates our entire team to maintain a high standard of service and helps us see ourselves through your eyes, so that we can continue improving the quality of what we offer. 🤍

A family travelling with two teenage sons wrote that they experienced their stay at the estate as “a true oasis of peace and relaxation” among the hills and vineyards. They appreciated the clean and comfortable room, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom and the way the history and culture of w**e are naturally woven into the atmosphere of the entire estate. 🍷🌿

We were especially pleased by the attention they paid to the details they took the time to describe: from the “exceptionally clean” swimming pool and beautifully maintained grounds to the rich and delicious breakfast, the SPA area, the food in the restaurant and the attitude of the team, whom they described as “friendly, helpful and attentive.” ✨

They also made time for a w**ery tour and w**e tasting, while the green spaces, animals, birds and playground made their stay memorable for the whole family.

And we were especially delighted by the closing words of the review, so we would like to quote them:

“Everything was wonderful, and we would happily return.”

We are grateful to our guests for their trust and for noticing so many of the details that make up the bigger picture of Seven Generations Estate. 🤍
