You can request a refund for your Coins from Thursday 2 July at 11:00 am until Sunday 2 August at 11:59 pm. As many festivalgoers did not have the opportunity to spend their Coins during Werchter Boutique, we are exceptionally waiving the administrative fee for Coin refunds.

Hi everyone,

Last night, a severe storm passed over the country. By closing the Festivalpark early, we were able to ensure that everyone got home safely.

We would like to sincerely thank our volunteers, emergency services, crew, and partners for their dedication and hard work. And to all of you: thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and calm response. The exit from the festival grounds went smoothly, and we truly appreciate how everyone handled the situation.

Many of you have questions and reached out. We kindly ask for your patience while we assess everything. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Shout out to the site crew for preparing the grounds for today. The Festivalpark is ready to welcome visitors to Werchter Parklife.

Werchter Boutique will end after Pitbull’s concert. Following consultation with the Rock Werchter safety committee, in which all authorities and the organization are represented, it has been decided that Werchter Boutique will end at 9 pm this evening. This decision was taken in response to the weather forecast, which predicts severe thunderstorms from midnight onwards at the earliest. The governor of Flemish Brabant has also issued a BE-Alert in this regard.

The festival will end after Pitbull’s performance. Katy Perry’s concert will not go ahead.

By bringing the festival to a close early, we can ensure that the exit of visitors proceeds in a safe and orderly manner, allowing everyone to return home calmly. The safety and health of everyone present is always our top priority.

Werchter Parklife will go ahead as planned tomorrow.
