I've spent years of drawing and painting, and yet feel uncomfortable when somebody calls me an artist. Call it an impostor syndrome because well that should probably be the reason. I have never thought of being one when I was young and didn't go to art school. When I found this creative path when I was at my lowest, I have cherished it. It felt like I have found a safer passage while walking close to a cliff. This made me curious of other things that are stored for us or with in us that we haven't discovered yet. Now I believe that there is a path that is intended to each of us. We walk it until we get old, we don't reach a destination, there are just stations or delays or reroute because sometimes we can be lost but then we notice we are just hitting a wall, so this can't be the right one so we walk again until we're back on track. Accepting who we are can be awkward. Writing my thoughts like this terrifies me 😁
But I read somewhere that says something like this: "Isn't it a pity we have short lives to live somewhere in the middle of billions of galaxies and yet here we are, afraid."
