In Bloom - One Woman Show

Tickets can be bought here:

In Bloom follows Peony, a flower bent by the wind, striving to bloom again. Through a single body, the performance gives form to her return to openness, tracing how memory, sensation, and desire live within the body. Through a combination of modern clowning, dance and theatre, a flower discovers the world for the first time. A delicate, playful solo that blends movement, innocence and humour to explore transformation, sensitivity and femininity.

Created and performed by Louna Palombo, and directed by Sofia Zaragoza with Alara Koroglu as assistant director and text by Kiana Palombo, In Bloom is a solo theatre and movement piece produced by Off The Beat Productions that explores intimacy, femininity, and the body’s capacity to transform. Movement, voice, and music intertwine to create a sensorial world where the flower’s inner landscape becomes visible.

In Bloom occupies a space where vulnerability is active rather than fragile. Physical, musical, and emotionally charged, the performance invites the audience through a journey of transformation, resilience, and the desire to reopen.

Director: Sofia Zaragoza
Assistant Director: Alara Koroglu

Hi friends! Check out this wonderful show from ETCetera - European Theatre Club, Brussels!

Two Unmissable Shows, One Incredible Night!
The Warehouse Studio Theatre, 8-12 April 2025.

ETCetera’s production of “What’s in a name” is based on the highly successful French play and film, « Le Prénom » by Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de la Patellière. It has been successfully adapted in an English version by Jeremy Sams.

This is a tale of a dinner party that soon gets into deep water when one of the guests shocks the others with an unexpected announcement.
Directed by Janet Middleton, and partly in French, partly in English (with surtitles).

“What’s in a name” is preceded by « Blind Date » by Peter Quilter, one of a set of 4 plays in the Duets collection that explore the gently comic nature of budding relationships.
Directed by Hugh Dow, in English with French surtitles.
Between the two plays, the evening fields some of the best-known players of the amateur scene in Brussels, as well as skilled actors from France, Italy and Belgium.

A typical ETCetera experience!
