To our friends in Munich and surroundings and everyone visiting in the future : with immense pleasure we can share that artnouvélo art is now decorating and available at f2 bikes and friends , just outside Munich in Grossdingharting. It’s always a cool thing to see our cycling art where it matters : in the heart of an authentic bicycle shop, run by people that have a passion for two wheels and breath cycling day in day out. We couldn’t ask for more 🙂

Big thanks to Florian, Felix and Valentin for giving us a spot amidst the fancy bikes, the parts, cosy lounge corner and your workshop.

Grossdingharting is literally on the way out of or into Munich for everyone that heads south. So now you have -besides the cool team, great coffee and muffins, excellent service and authentic location, one more reason to stop by and stay a while before conquering the alps or diving back into the city.

As Belgians we were of course Remco-boys during this Tour de France. But the dominance of Tadej also impressed us, though it doesn’t surprise anyone anymore. Helmets of for the man in yellow. We take a deep bow. Last song for this Tour. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Today the Tour crosses the Galibier. Personally one of the finest places and personal memories of endless climbing (and descending).

Pencil sketches vs color experimentation. These are the sketches of Italian cyclist Letitia Paternoster that I made the last couple of days for the song video. Took a picture of the pencil drawing and then added some purples and white digitally to see the effect and match with that beautiful liv alula jayco outfit.

Little tribute in between things to the man who keeps delivering, also at this Tour de France, when things didn’t appear to be going as smoothly as expected. But : no one in this decade ever sat more stylish on a bike than Mathieu van der Poel.

First rest day at the Tour de France.

Must admit that I haven’t been able to see nor follow a lot of it. The GC after week 1 looks like the one at the start of week 3 .. so everyone definitely deserves a “day off” to recover, have a peaceful coffee time and seek some cooler temperatures.

It’s been a few long nights at the atelier lately.
But happy to present two new paintings of Wout Van Aert and Tadej Pogacar.. both 120x 80 cm, acrylics on canvas. Both will be up for sale for the benefit of To Walk Again at the end of July in Herentals.
Tomorrow it’s all about framing them and then bringing them to Belgium.
