Jouw losse kriebels vertalen of from scratch starten, wij hebben alle expertise, materiaal en creativiteit in huis om jouw evenement mee vorm te geven. Wij denken mee en stemmen elk onderdeel perfect op elkaar perfect op elkaar af zonder creatieve limieten en met het oog op technische haalbaarheid. Bij ons klopt het plaatje tot in het kleinste detail. Wij bezorgen je de 3D renders, plannen en foto's zodat jij alles in handen hebt om je klant te overtuigen. Total-e ondersteunt jouw verkoopstraject.

Dining between the fields.

For Restaurant op het Land, Total-e supplied furniture, tableware and a selection of decorative elements to support the warm and natural setting of this temporary restaurant.

Between local flavours, carefully styled tables and thoughtful details, the setup helped create a welcoming place for guests to enjoy a culinary experience close to where the ingredients grow.

🐎 The scale is in the details.

Brussels Stephex Masters , every zone had its own role within the event. From the entrance and VIP areas to public bars, loges, shops, restaurant, terrace, press room and crew facilities, Total-e created the full visual direction and styling across the site.

A production of this size takes planning, teamwork and many hands behind the scenes, from the first ideas to the final finishing touches.

🐎 A large-scale production built across sport, hospitality and visitor experience.

For Brussels Stephex Masters, Total-e helped bring together the event setting across the full site: entrance, VIP areas, loges, public bars, visitor zones, merchandise and shops, sport office, crew restaurant, press room, restaurant, terrace and practical facilities.

The event combines international showjumping with hospitality, lifestyle, shopping, entertainment and food and drinks.

🌐 A congress setting shaped around flow, function and hospitality.

For IEEE WCCI at MECC Maastricht, Total-e provided the setup and materials for both the congress area and the dinner setting. Across the different zones, furniture, printing, technical support, styling and practical materials helped bring the program together.

⭐ A company festival with colour, energy and room to connect.

For Happy Stars Festival, Total-e created an outdoor festival setting on the client’s own site. The grounds were turned into a lively event space with stages, lounge areas, food and drink stands, and colourful details throughout.

⚽ Matchday hospitality for the Red Devils.

For the Belgian Red Devils’ matches at King Baudouin Stadium, Total-e supplied furniture and decorative elements for the VIP areas. A setting designed to welcome guests before and after the game, with comfort, flow and matchday energy in mind.

🚗 A closer look Hasselt Élégance

For this lifestyle and automotive event, Total-e developed the full concept and translated it into detailed 3D plans before bringing the complete setting to life on site.

From spatial design and printing to furniture, technical support and finishing details, each element helped shape the event flow and the different zones visitors moved through.
