Embodied Exchange
A research in contemporary dance and social dynamics. Through movement and encounters with others, we explore how the body becomes a space of exchange and discovery. The practice invites us to delve into the relationship between the individual and the collective, revealing the social dynamics that shape our connections.

Dinner of exchange # 1

Practising alternative systems where resources stay with people and help communities grow. Our first exchanges happened last week, we will keep you posted for more.
