Jippie, new project 🙌 Kevin Monteyne approached Studio Hoedt for naming and branding. 🏠

Shifting from ‘Chauffage-Sanitair Monteyne’ to ‘Montiq’ signifies a move towards comprehensive renovations. ‘Montiq’ was carefully chosen, carrying layered meanings. By incorporating ‘Monti,’ Kevin’s nickname, it underscores the personalized approach he envisions. The ‘Q’ addition highlights Quality. Rooted in personal history, ‘Montiq’ stands distinct, ensuring effortless recognition and pronunciation for this modern renovation company. The subtle house icon within the first letter instantly connects viewers with Montiq’s construction work, maintaining a contemporary appeal without feeling outdated. Recognizability, clarity, and a timeless approach were essential in this branding strategy.

At Studio Hoedt, our design journey involves creating two distinctive logo and identity concepts for every client. Unfortunately, this also means saying farewell to one cherished concept each time.✨

In the case of this logo proposal for a professional painter, we customized the font with abstract, bold strokes resembling the painter's brushstrokes. While it wasn't the final choice, we hold a deep appreciation for the refined, minimalistic and unique approach it represents.
