Hello!
You are warmly invited to join this international workshop organized by Compagnie Curious, Griet Spanhove in collaboration with Praxis Acting Studio, Hugh O'Gorman, Los Angeles.
Creativity lives within you. Not as a talent, but as your nature. Sometimes it simply gets blocked. In this week-long workshop, you will explore how to reconnect and release that creative flow. Two master performance facilitators, Griet Spanhove (Belgium) and Hugh OâGorman (USA), will lead this workshop, which is open to both experienced creators and beginners.

WHERE DOES THE WORKSHOP TAKE PLACE?
BARaGAR
Westernieuwweg 76,
8490 Varsenare (5 km from Bruges), Belgium
BARaGAR is not just a beautiful setting â it becomes an active part of your creative process. âGARâ refers to the French word âgareâ, meaning train station, where thousands of people once departed, arrived, and began their stories. Today, that energy lives on in a new form. The station has been transformed into a vibrant creative hub for meeting and creation.
Just five kilometers from the historic center of Bruges, BARaGAR offers a unique combination of tranquility, inspiration, and cultural richness. During the workshop, we will draw inspiration from the atmosphere of the city.
At the same time, we will explore the surrounding nature. We will venture into the open fields â a green environment that invites slowing down, deepening, and free creation. And with the Belgian coast and Ostend nearby, you can feel the breath of the sea. All natural elements present become part of the process.
