Hey (ENG BELOW),

Oké, we zijn bezig met het schilderen van de muren van het ✨ nieuwe ✨ POINCAFÉ en we nodigen jullie uit op MAANDAG om 18U om jullie schilderachtige touch toe te voegen aan onze door studenten gemaakte MUURTEKENING!
Geen skills nodig — als je stokmannetjes wilt schilderen, is dat helemaal chill. Alles wat we willen, is dat het Poincafé (dat door studenten wordt gerund) wordt versierd door studenten die zich af en toe zorgen maken (of maakten) over examens. We willen hier de echte VUB-spirit weerspiegelen.
De bar is open voor iedereen die langskomt. En de prijzen zijn goed!

Ok, so we’ve been painting the walls of the ✨new✨POINCAFÉ and we invite y’all on MONDAY 18H to add your painterly touch to our Student-collaborated MURAL! No skills required, if you wanna paint stick figures then that’s chill. All we want is the Poincafé (which is student-run) to be decorated by students that worry (or worried) about exams once in a while. We want to reflect the real spirit of the VUB out here. The Bar is open for anyone that comes in. It’s got some good prices! To find us, go to Q.E. We’re right in front.

Are you a student who indulges into drawing, painting, sculpture, videography, photography, poetry or any other art medium? We give you the chance to expose your creations in a real gallery!
If you’re rather a casual enjoyer than a maker feel free to join the workshops and activities happening at the exhibition!

Hey Kladders,
This Tuesday, we’re printing monotype style! If you don’t know what monotype printing is, it’s a technique in which you paint something directly on a surface like glass or a sheet of metal and then you press this surface onto paper.
The resulting impression on the paper will always be a bit different with organic textures akin to fossils, leaves, and rivers that you can then work with to make an image out of. I think it’s great cuz as a method it gently offers your imagination a direction to wander into. Iris, your guide for this workshop, will also be there to help you explore! 🌈
