I've been noticing more and more AI-generated album covers, posters, and promotional material appearing in the local scene.
Underground music has always been built on people creating things themselves or working together with other artists. Bands support illustrators, photographers, designers, videographers, and other creatives. That's part of what makes a scene a scene.
Replacing that with SOULLESS GARBAGE scrapped from the work of countless artists goes directly against the DIY values and creative spirit that drew me to underground music in the first place.
Because of this, Noctis Vox Soundworks DOES NOT SUPPORT the use of AI-generated artwork or promotional visuals. I reserve the right to decline projects that make use of AI-generated creative material and to withhold delivery of final mixes or masters until alternative artwork is provided if AI-generated visuals are introduced during production.
Every part of culture is being automated, outsourced, and hollowed out in the name of convenience and greed. Art doesn't have to follow it into the grave.
