In need of a very easy activity to fill some rainy hours?
•
This is it!
•
And the perfect fun way to find out the level of fine motor skills of my new atelier group 😌
•
These 5 year olds nailed it but this is a typical all-ages-will-love-it technique
•
It’s called ‘marker prints’
•
Supplies needed:
> washable/watercolor markers (viltstiften)
> pencil
> paper
> piece of styrofoam (f.e. trays from the deli counter in the supermarket)
> damp sponge

• Cut a piece of foam and carve your design with the pencil. Make sure not to make holes.
Colour your full design with the markers, except for the carved lines. Use the sponge to wipe down the paper. The paper needs to be slightly damp. Press the coloured styrofoam plate, design facing down, on the paper.

Last Sunday we had our Crazy-Colour-Fun duo-workshop
•
Crazy > we used four low-tech techniques with allround kitchen and home materials to get surprising wow-effects 🤩
•
Colour > no words needed 😌
•
Fun > even after all these years, it’s a real joy to see all these happy faces getting focused on creating something and enjoying each other’s company and then leaving the atelier relaxed and proud ❤️
