After the trial classes, our 6-week Pole Intro Intensive starts on 03/08 and runs until 13/09.

Classes are available on: • Mondays at 18:45 (Noord) • Sundays at 16:00 (Zuid)

We recommend joining at least one Pole Intro class per week. Want to progress even faster? You can also combine your training with our Bootcamp, Sculpt Pilates and Flexibility classes to build extra strength and mobility.

For the Summer Series, we offer a Summer Pass: • 6 classes for €100 • Valid only during the Summer Series (03/08 – 13/09)

This summer is the perfect time to start with our new Pole Intro Summer Series: a 6-week beginner course designed to help you build strength, confidence, and solid pole foundations.

Not sure if pole is for you? Join one of our trial classes first!

The Summer Series runs from 03/08 until 13/09.

Frequently asked questions:

• Do I need to come twice a week?
No. We recommend attending one Pole Intro class per week. You can supplement your training with Pilates, Flex, Bootcamp or Heels Basics if you’d like.

• Do I need to choose a fixed day?
No. You’re free to book whichever Pole Intro class suits your schedule and can switch between Noord and Zuid.

• What if I miss a class?
Missing one class isn’t a problem, but because this is a short 6-week series, we recommend training regularly. If you can’t make Pole Intro one week, ask us which other class would be suitable.

For the Summer Series, we offer a Summer Pass with 6 credits for €100. This pass is only valid during the Summer Series.

Looking for more flexibility? Our 3-month and 6-month passes allow you to take additional classes and continue your journey after summer.
