Salsa Rica Dance Company (SRDC) was established in Belgium in 2008. For more than fifteen years now, SRDC has been on a mission to share their passion for salsa as well as other latin dances such as bachata, merengue and kizomba. SRDC are more than excited to bring their classes of the very popular On2 -New York Style salsa (also known as Mambo) to Geel. On1 - LA Style salsa is danced by many of the most well known salsa dancers of all time and is a style you will find heating up dance floors all around the world. We also love to dance On2(New York Style) as we feel it allows us to connect best with the music and express ourselves, and after all, apart from fun, fitness and new friends, is that not what it is all about!? Whether you are starting out with salsa or have experience with other styles and are looking for a way to improve, we whole heartedly recommend trying Salsa Rica Dance Company. Our focus is on delivering effective lessons teaching proper technique, and to give you the tools to make you the best dancer possible. We guide and help develop body movement and like to see you develop your own style. Additionally, we teach and emphasise musicality, an understanding of how to listen and respond to the music. Class sizes are limited to ensure personal attention is given to all students. Men learn how to lead confidently and ladies how to follow responsively. Footwork patterns (shines) and exciting partner combinations (figures) are also offered. Men's and ladies styling create a polished look. We strive to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere during our classes. We love to see our community grow and welcome all age groups and types.
