It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of the Brussels Gallery Weekend after 16 incredible years.
Various overlapping reasons have led to this decision, including this year’s financial situation, which made it difficult to organize the event with the quality conditions to which the non-profit aspires.
Over the years, we have been delighted to welcome a large national and international audience. From art lovers to curators, artists, and the press, it has been an honor to host such a distinguished public in our city. Our Generation Brussels exhibition, which highlighted emerging talents, enabled participating artists to secure gallery representation.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all the galleries and art venues that participated each year, to all the visitors, and especially to our invaluable sponsors and subsidies. Your unwavering support made countless artistic discoveries possible and allowed us to celebrate art in all its forms while also supporting social activities.
We will cherish the wonderful moments we shared.
