All our admiration to ! Thanks to these athletes who bring us joy. It is not just the happiness of winning a competition and shining the country’s colours. Above all, it’s about showing how we can give the best of ourselves, pushing back our limits, living life more intensively.

🌟 Great news n°3 🌟

Bertone entrusted me with the painting that represents the GB110 prestige car, a limited series launched on 5 June at the Top Marques 2024 Fair in Monaco.
This painting hangs on the Bertone stand and is there to underline a philosophy: the GB110 is not just a car, it really is a work of art.
During the VIP opening evening of the Show, I had the pleasure of chatting with the designer of this exceptional car, Andrea Mocellin.

🌟 Great news n°2 🌟

This spring's Open Studio exhibition was a real joy. Thank you for taking part!

You know how lonely an artist's work is. And it's always a challenge.
But I had the pleasure of hearing you comment favourably on my work, of selling several canvases, of receiving commissions, and I was able to announce that I had won the Jos Albert Prize, a Prize whose jury is made up of artists and art critics of the highest reputation!
All this has made me realise that my work is greatly appreciated.
Thank you again for your many positive comments.
And thanks to Pascale Tison, Jean-Paul Dessy and my partner Myriam for adding their talents to these stimulating days!

My debut in the world of art is more than exciting, and it's with redoubled energy that I embark on the next stage...

🌟 Great news n°1 🌟

I've just won the Jos Albert 2024 Prize! The prize, open to entries from all over Europe, is awarded for the work of a figurative painter. It was created in 1983 by the Classe des Arts of
as a tribute to Jos Albert, who was one of its Members. This Belgian painter (1886-1981) started out as a member of the Brabant Fauvists, and later evolved towards a realism that paid particular attention to the rendering of textures.

I have proposed three canvases (oils on linen canvas) that play on the fragility of the distinction between figurative and abstract art:
- Steel and Concrete (80 x 60 x 2 cm, 2021)
- Kanal (120 x 160 x 4, 2022)
- Scooters (120 x 120 x 4, 2022)

I will be welcomed at the Palais des Académies in Brussels for the official award ceremony during the Public Session of the Arts Class, on Saturday November 16, 2024.
