Bòsc - Traditional /Alternative/ Experimental

Bòsc grew out of an encounter around a land and its borders, its language, its songs, its temperaments and distinctive rhythms. It is a concert that embraces the unhurried pace of an evening gathering, listening closely to the stories carried by timbres and unadorned voices, to the singular power of laments and songs of mourning, somewhere between music and silence. At times, it is also about mass, vibration, and the drone felt deep in the belly and danced through the body.

Rooted in a shared grounding in traditional music, the five musicians of Bòsc offer their own interpretations of songs from the southern Massif Central (Quercy, Rouergue and Cantal), bringing them into dialogue with practices specific to each performer, drawn from contemporary, experimental and Baroque music, as well as storytelling.

Bourrasque - Traditional / Modal / Contemporary

This duo weaves together timbres, strings and languages like lines across a landscape, connecting repertoires gathered between Quercy and the Massif Central. In a sound world shaped by modality, fife, banjo, violin and voices bring fragments of these traditional tunes bursting to life, driven by the rhythm of feet striking the ground.

Lutèce Lockness - Folk / Alternative / Baroque

Nestled among medieval illuminations as much as in the cockpit of a spaceship, Lutèce Lockness travels through time with the Châ. She creates worlds where dreamlike visions and satire intertwine, embracing the bizarre, the strange and the intimate.

Her debut album, Le Châ, unfolds as a shapeshifting epic, blending psychedelic sounds, medieval timbres, digital textures and hovering drones. Her voice guides us through this incantatory universe, enriched by collaborations with Jean Rondeau, Maxime Denuc and Christoph Fink.

TRUCS - Amplified drums / Experimental / Minimalist

The bells worn around the neck by the animals in a herd are tuned to each other. They are selected and organized to create a living orchestra with its own signature sound. But is it really music? Alexis Toussaint & Romain Colautti explore these cultural and heritage objects in TRUCS. They exploit their musicality without forgetting their symbolic significance.

In form, the project revolves around two prepared drums, two string tambourines, two sets of bells on the feet and suspended in the air for each of the musicians, as well. All these elements are treated by electronic devices to create different spaces for the instruments, and to give a harmonic dimension to the percussion.

Joss Turnbull - Improvisation / Sound art / FX

Joss Turnbull is a percussionist who uses rhythmic dynamics to evoke a sense of vertigo and vibrant vastness. His work unfolds at the intersection of Southwest Asian percussion, experimental improvisation, and contemporary sound art. The Persian Tombak is
electrified and becomes the lead voice of a percussive symphony, shaping a tension in constant growth and dissolution. Using rubber balls, tremolo sticks, foils, voice, breath, and live sampling, he creates
acoustic spaces that are simultaneously minimalist and overwhelming.

Krishna Sutedja - Gamelan / Experimental / FX

Krishna Sutedja is a Balinese composer, performer, and educator based in Brussels, working at the intersection of Balinese gamelan, contemporary composition, and electronic music. Through performance, composition, and education, he is dedicated to expanding the international presence of Indonesian musical traditions while creating new intercultural works rooted in Balinese aesthetics

MoAW x Magasin 4 presents Drowned by Locals showcase

Few labels navigate the space between confrontation and communion quite like Drowned by Locals. For this special collaboration Saint Abdullah & Eomac, Yunis and Content Provider come together for a night where intensity, emotion and experimentation exist side by side.

Address : Magasin4, Rue de l'Entrepôt 7, 1020 Bruxelles
Tickets - 20 euros Pre-Sales & OTD

Saint Abdullah & Eomac - Electronic / Sampledelic / Noise

Saint Abdullah & Eomac unites Iranian-Canadian brothers Mohammad and Mehdi Mehrabani-Yeganeh with Irish producer Ian McDonnell in a transcontinental collaboration bridging cultural and geographical divides. Saint Abdullah's analog hardware explorations and Eomac's digital precision—create a complementary sonic palette characterized by raw textures, heavy sampling, and extreme contrasts. Together, they craft cohesive sonic worlds where chaos and structure coexist—thick, grounding chords supporting experimental elements that bubble above the surface.

Content Provider - Industrial/ Chanson / Underground rap

Content Provider is the shock production alias of DALI DE SAINT PAUL. Patron saint of Bristol’s self-destructive improv idols EP/64 as well as post-feminist chamber collective Viridian Ensemble, avant-terror duo Harrga and numerous other collaborations. Endless Summer, is grubby and heartfelt, defiant and hopeful, with flecks of warped reggae on E-System nudging the freeform dream balladry of A Feeling and Sunday Morning, Kode9 & Spaceape-worthy dread poetry of Close Ur Eyes next to anthemic electro-crush of Overdrive.

YUNIS - Ritual / Experimental / Cosmic

YUNIS weaves Afro-Arab rhythms, trance structures, and electronic maximalism into a sonic pilgrimage. Structured
like a Sufi Hadra, the performance invokes collective memory and transformation through layered sound design and live improvisation. Rooted in Zar, takhmira, and ecstatic ceremony, this work offers not a genre — but a living ritual.

Rully has developed Xhabarabot Voice Machines (XVM) as a series of web-based interfaces as a practice-based research project investigating post-AI music culture. Initially conceived as a personal exploration of his own voice data, the project has evolved into an interactive platform for live performance which range from sequencers to ones that respond to audio or visual inputs and deliberately reject conventional digital instrument logics in favor of improvisational, intuitive, and non-linear interaction.

Tzii & Hilal Can ft. Ruben Tenenbaum - Folk / Experimental /  Hardcore

Fragments of ghosts, shattered memories, impossible romance—Hayalet Kırıkları drifts between dream and dissociation. Hilal Can’s incandescent voice rises from within these fogged recollections, a vessel of intimacy and rupture, while Tzii sculpts vast soundscapes that feel both tender and unrelenting. The result is an album that feels like a diary written in smoke—half-remembered, half-invented, always shimmering on the edge of reality

Nicolas Van Belle - Folklore / Noise / Cinematic

Nicolas Van Belle is a Belgian guitarist and composer working between improvisation, experimental music and noise. He combines acoustic instruments, analogue equipment, spoken word and electronics into layered performances that move between texture, intensity and stillness. Rooted in free improvisation, his work draws from free jazz, noise and folkloric influences, always shaped by the moment and the interaction with sound and space.

Das Letzte Gold Verfallener Sterne -  DarkFolk / Hurdy-Gurdy / Drone

In Eastern European tradition, the hurdy-gurdy was an instrument of wandering singers who preserved oral culture, and das letzte gold verfallener sterne continues this tradition. The band consists of hurdy-gurdies and accordions, creating a sound that draws the listener into a trance-like, mystical state, like being surrounded by the scent of incense. Faceless and nameless, they move across Europe, approaching music as a form of memory, journey, and inner experience

Asifeh - Hip-Hop/Arabic/Electronic

Asifeh (also known as Stormtrap) is a producer/rapper based between Vienna and Ramallah. His music consists of rap vocals, sampled material, and original compositions using modern and abandoned technologies. He is co-founder of the former Ramallah Underground collective, who laid the foundations for a booming underground music scene in Palestine, active during the years 2003 - 2009

Maya Al Khaldi presents Boka’yat relived – Folklore / Voice / Mourning

Boka'yat reLived is a live performance of a work-in-progress by Maya al Khaldi, where she sings Morning Songs, a dying Palestinian tradition. Maya composes melodies for otherwise unknown songs found in books and archives, in order to mourn the loss of the past few years and experiments by attempting to attach an imagination to a future of a tradition that was once essential in the process of mourning and grief in Palestine.

Sergei Demin – Speech synthesis / Drone / Sound design

Sergei Demin is a Siberian-born, Netherlands-based (Gelderland) multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of sound design, technology and experimental music. He focuses on the 'weirdness' of synthetic voices and the 'un-human' quality of modern communication. In his current practices he's mixing human history and machine future by bringing a medieval instrument Hurdy-Gurdy and 'uncanny valley' voices of text-to-speech engines together.
