King Kovaci is a self produced singer, songwriter and compositor inspired by all things pop. His albanian DNA paired with his homos*xuality make slutpop course through his veins.

We are thrilled to present Q***r Mongering, a musical talk show produced by Collectif Les Bastards.
Q***r Mongering is the show where we encourage all things q***r, especially if they get you in trouble. We will explore multiple topics ranging from q***r identities, performance art, fashion to s*x work and so much more, all through q***r point of view.

Q***r Mongering is hosted by and from Collectif Les Bastards, who will invite various members of Belgian and international q***r communities each episode to share their stories and experiences. Musical intermissions will be provided by local musicians and DJs from the Collectif Les Bastards.

The first episode of Q***r Mongering is called Ethnic Q***rs vs Western Europe, it will focus on the experiences of q***r people of MENA, South & North Caucasian and Balkan descent who live in Western Europe. For this episode, we invited a q***r artist of North Caucasian descent for a cute chat. Tune in to find out more on 1 March at 8PM Brussels time!

Today is an international day dedicated to raising awareness about the HIV/AIDS pandemic and mourning those who have died of the disease. Today is an opportunity for the international community to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from an HIV-related illness.

Amid COVID-19 pandemic and international focus on coronavirus, Collectif Les Bastards is committed to do our utmost through the means available to us to remind the public that HIV has not gone away – there is still a vital need to raise funds, increase awareness, fight prejudice, make treatment more available for all and especially for q***r folks, and improve education on the subject.

Aiming to improve knowledge about the HIV pandemic, in October 2021 we premiered with our play Hurler à la mer, a testimony of one patient that aims to confront the audience into breaking the taboo surrounding HIV and AIDS. In the image accompanying this post, you will see the latest illustration representing the entire crew of the collectif.

We wish you an insightful World AIDS Day. Get tested and know your status. And remember, World AIDS Day may be once a year, but you can still support people living with HIV all year round.

In May 2020 we co-created a new inclusive and intersectional movement in Belgium called TRANSPÉDÉGOUINES with the aim to bring a safe space for our q***r siblings to meet and express themselves.
