My very first creation was this portrait of Marilyn Monroe, a painting I worked on for six months.

This period meant a lot to me both artistically and personally.

me not only the chance to form my artistic vision, but also to reflect on who I wanted to be and what I wanted to achieve in life.

During these 6 months, I laid the foundation for where I am today.

An elegant statement for a stylish home.

This metal work, Classy and Stylish Woman, now proudly graces the living room of its new owner.

First presented at the fair at La Butte aux Bois, this unique metal welding piece immediately found a new, warm home.

It is wonderful to see how this bust has found a central place in this interior.

My Imperfection is Perfect

This is one of my most recent works: made of rusted metal, carefully welded piece by piece and rusted. The work carries a message close to my heart.

In today's world, we seem to have to constantly strive for perfection, to be the best version of ourselves, to excel in as many areas as possible. But true beauty is not in perfection. Our imperfections make us unique, give us character and make us perfect in our own way.

Radiate through your imperfections, embrace who you are and learn to love yourself exactly as you are.

Hi, I'm Annemie, the creator and creative mind behind Zennart. With the start of the new year, I would like to take some time to re-introduce myself and share my story with you.

Zennart was born out of a very personal experience. Several years ago, a good friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately, she has since made a full recovery, but at the time it turned my world upside down. It made me think about what is really important in life. I decided to follow my heart and take this creative path, a choice I'm still happy with every day.

This hand-painted artwork, created in my signature pop art style, is a true piece unique. In collaboration with Poolforce by WDPE, this project received a spotlight at the Piscine Global trade show, where it garnered plenty of admiration.

Proud of this collaboration and the opportunity to take my style to a new level!

My imperfections make me unique, and so does my work.

No human being is perfect, and I don't want that in my art either. It is precisely through those small imperfections that my personality shines through, and that makes my work authentic and real. That is the essence for me.

When I begin a new work, I never have a definite end goal in mind.

Without sketches or preliminary designs, I let the creative process run free. I take my welding machine, start working, and gradually discover where the creation takes me.

The lack of a predetermined plan ensures that each work of art becomes a surprising and unique journey.

A look back at a special project! ✨

The collaboration with Poolforce by WDPE came to a beautiful end, as did the project itself. It was a unique challenge to transform a whirlpool bath into a typical Martens A. work of art. 🌊💡

The size, material, and outdoor location, even the chlorine in the water, all brought new obstacles and creative solutions.

I look back on this assignment with pride and can't wait to embark on the next challenge!
