To everone attending the Hypest Meltdown Challenge today, here is a recap of the safety measures undertaken at our event
Our event has been flagged with a **green** security code. That means our event respects almost every security guideline put out by the government. I also want to express the seriousness we undertake by putting on an event at such a time: We have put out every form possible to the state and pledge to respect every measure scrupulously.
To keep up our series, I ask you all to respect the rules below as much as possible. As organizers, we're priding ourselves that we are respecting all guidelines and providing an event of the safest measures. Now, we count on you to keep everything as safe and measured as possible.
1. Mask is obligatory inside the bar and during play as well. Do not take off your mask while inside.
2. 8 players only inside the playing area. We'll be 1 TO & 1 streamer as well, being 10 in total.
3. Do not touch any setups, screens, the switches. The **only** thing players are allowed to touch are the gamecube adapter, which will be disinfected after each set. (We will try to accomodate USB for pro controllers)
4. No spectators will be allowed
5. No commentators will be received
6. Maximum 2 players per station (I repeat handwarmers will be done through 1 set of BO3)
7. Lastly, I ask you all to keep groups within the events to maximum 5 people; Try as much as possible to not group up as we will be 50 people with the staff, we want to try to reduce spread as much as possible. Try to keep in mind to not handshake after a set as well!
