New album out today with Marino BE where we went free form, making a cinematic left field album which is a bit hard to describe. Music that would be classified as “other” in a bin from a record store, takes you in a trip of mood switching experiences.

Most music producers spend hours designing sounds, tweaking mixes, and refining arrangements. Then they name the track "Untitled 4" or leave the project name as the final title.

I believe titles matter far more than we think.

A title is often the first thing a listener encounters before hearing the music. It can spark curiosity, suggest a mood, create a story, or help someone connect emotionally with what you've made.

In my latest article, I explore why naming music is part of the creative process, how I find titles for my own releases, and why electronic music might actually benefit from thoughtful titles more than lyric-based genres.

If you've ever struggled to name a track, this one is for you.

How to name songs is more than an afterthought. Learn how titles shape perception, inspire creativity, and help listeners connect with electronic and instrumental music.
