"তামিম ইকবালের দ্রুত এবং উন্নত চিকিৎসা প্রাপ্তির ঘটনা আমাদের দেশের স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ব্যবস্থার একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দিক তুলে ধরে। যেখানে তিনি মাত্র ২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে নিজ দেশেই বিশ্বমানের হৃদরোগ চিকিৎসা পেয়েছেন, সেখানে আমাদের দেশের সাধারণ জনগণকে কেন ভারত, সিংগাপুর সহ বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশে যেতে হয়?

এই ঘটনা আমাদের স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ব্যবস্থার বৈষম্যের চিত্র তুলে ধরে। যদিও কিছু বিশেষায়িত হাসপাতালে উন্নত চিকিৎসা সুবিধা রয়েছে, তবুও সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য মানসম্পন্ন স্বাস্থ্যসেবার অভাব এখনও একটি বড় চ্যালেঞ্জ। অনেকেই জীবন বাঁচাতে বিদেশে ছুটতে বাধ্য হন, যা কেবল ব্যয়বহুলই নয়, সবার জন্য সহজলভ্যও নয়।

আমাদের দেশের প্রতিটি নাগরিকের জন্য সুলভ এবং মানসম্পন্ন চিকিৎসা নিশ্চিত করা কি সম্ভব?
