Twas a year ago, a lifelong dream to create, produce and star in a high camp, glossy melodrama as the female lead: with great appreciation for my dear friend who brought new life and hilarious lines and plot developments to my original work and was a terrific collaborator; to our glorious cast, each a winner! .nyc & ; a great design team ; stage management - so many wonderful artists helped to bring Noble Bay to life! HAPPY ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY to ! June 13-23 2024

And so today marks exactly five years from when I had to make the awful decision as producer of my play TOMORROW WE LOVE vers 1.0 to shut it down due to the upcoming pandemic. 😷 Along with the rest of Broadway. It was an awful day and the beginning of a scary time - Fred & I would come down with it a few days later. Thanks G_d we survived and four years later, along with my bff , we revised and remounted Vers 2.0 to great acclaim! 🙏🎭❤️

Wonderful Jed Ryan not only gave us an outstanding review but he messaged me this note and I really liked it so I hope he doesn’t mind me sharing it here on the socials.

“I'm sure a lot of critics will call your performance drag. But to me, it was more than drag. You were paying homage to female characters who set the stage for drag. I want to call it proto-drag, but that doesn't seem like the right term! Say that drag has been around since the first days of humanity LOL to try to prove me wrong.”
