What is Bangladesh's quota system? Why are people dying with quotas? Many peoples actually do not understand! Many people have no idea about quota. So, let's know the percentage quota in any government job in Bangladesh. Do you understand why the students went crazy?

Quota format in BCS jobs (Bangladesh Civil Service):

Freedom Fighter Quota: 30%
Women Quota: 10%
District Quota: 10%
Tribal Quota 5%
Disability Quota 1%
Total: 56% quota

Quota format of 1st and 2nd Class Non-Cadre government jobs:

Freedom Fighter Quota: 30%
Women Quota: 15%
District Quota: 10%
Tribal Quota 5%
Disability Quota 1%
Total: 61% quota

Quota structure for primary government teacher recruitment:

Women Quota: 60%
Freedom fighter quota: 30%
Pet Quota: 5%
Disability Quota: 1%
Total: 96% quota

***Quota for 3rd and 4th class government jobs is 70%

** *Quota in Railways government jobs is 82%.

What hope will the talented apply?
