Artist Monjur Rashid This page is a showcase of my art journey and artwork Monjur Rashid is an artist who lives and works in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He was born on 15th November 1986.

He has built himself a visual artist, in constant search of learning and experimentation. Monjur Rashid, a name of a freelance artist who has shown these factors very amazingly through his artworks. He earned his BFA and MFA (Major in Painting) from the University of Development Alternative (UODA), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Since his childhood, he has been very much fascinated by art. He started working

professionally in 2014. His first solo exhibition was held at Alliance Francaise de Dhaka, titled “Searching Myself”. His 2 nd solo exhibition was held at La Galerie of Alliance Française de Dhaka, Bangladesh, titled “Narrative of Time”. His 3rd solo art exhibition was held at Shilpangan Gallery, titled “Intimate Travel”.He received accolades from various organizations & attended more than 70 group exhibitions at home and abroad.
