Visited the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Guwahati to pay my heartfelt condolences on the passing of the first female Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Her Excellency Begum Khaleda Zia.

Her life and leadership remain a significant chapter in the political history of Bangladesh, inspiring generations through resilience, courage, and dedication to public service. Standing in solidarity at this moment of loss, I extend my deepest sympathies to the people of Bangladesh, her family, and admirers across borders. May her legacy continue to be remembered with respect and dignity.
