Bangladesh philately trivia: The Phila Bangla 2018 overprint has a constant error. Empire Philately in its study found that there is a constant error, a red splash/drop of red ink in same position in every sheet. That would mean only 30 such errors exist in the philatelic universe. Boat is a way of life in Bangladesh. That boat with overprint and constant error is definitely a worthy collectible!
