Good morning everyone here is the important notice and introduction of the manyinga enterprenuaship youth scheme that will help us get our minds open and your additions and subtractions are welcome.
This program will start running as soon as possible we get to a consensus with all the stake holders such as traditional leaders, the councilor, Debs, district commissioner, the mayors and the law maker inclusive.
Here we are going to work like this we have a lot of youths (people) that have done different professions in manyinga and yet the number of people having jobs or employed is a quarter hand full which means that we have a lot of human resource and capital in the district raging from graduates of education cohort, healthy and many more to mention just a few and also we have people who are still schooling and drop outs who still are active and productive in the district but due to lack of employment we engage into different things.
Our scheme is aimed at caging the unemployment levels and allow is to escalate the district by making our scheme a monopoly in the district meaning that we will employ every teacher and every youth in the district educated or uneducated for we believe that every human resource is a capital and and investment to every society and will create jobs by for example; Grade twelves, nine, and sevens including our friends writting GCE will be entolling to seat for their exams so will only allow the public schools to offer them chances to enrole but they will do all the tuitions required from our organization where they will be required to pay a certain amount into our bank account that is going to be called the manyinga enterprenuaship youth scheme account which will be managed by appointed professional accountants within our scheme and will be responsible for making monthly payments to all the teachers that are registered with us meaning we have provided employment to our own throug the scheme.
In an area or angle for our friends who are doing businesses and running companies such as timber firms and shop owners will put it an area policy to say no one is to employ any person outside the scheme meaning that all the businesses and companies running should have their employees sourced from manyinga enterprenuaship youth scheme and will have a fixed but flexible amount to be paid to the scheme direct from the company or shop owners there after will provide monthly salaries to everyone who is in the system so that we allow the launch for the call of ending casuality in our area where people are just employed and paid as a person feels let’s say no to that by answering and joking the scheme.
