The Runway Blitz experience is geared towards youth in Barbados who aspire to have a career in fashion and want to learn the basics of how they should maneuver in the fast paced industry. Being Barbados' only active national model search, Runway Blitz prepares model hopefuls by training them in social graces, etiquette, posing and movement for photography, and catwalk behaviours. In its fifth year, the competition or the journey as we prefer to refer to it; has grown leaps and bounds and has seen young people from throughout the country auditioning for a space in this developmental programme! So with all the formalities being noted, Runway Blitz is fun! We hang out! We have amazing discussions! Most importantly, we ROCK THE RUNWAY!
