We are seeking to recruit a high quality professional to join our team and fill the post of Cashier.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all patrons’ arcade needs are met in a courteous, efficient and timely manner and that the arcade policies and procedures are effectively executed. The successful candidate must:
• Be ready to assist and ensure the needs of the patrons are attended to at all times.
• Ensure all patrons have been attended to with drinks/food or comps.
• Have positive and frequent interactions with all patrons and fellow employees.
• Complete Daily Duties Checklist.
• Manage patron payments for the arcade accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash booth float and petty cash at the end of each shift accurately in partnership with the relief employee.
• Timely report to the Operations Manager and/or Managing Director any machines that need attention i.e. servicing or fixed.
• Handle all slot machines with due care.
• Monitor the security system vigilantly at all times to provide safety for all employees, patrons and equipment.
• Keep abreast with new gaming technology in the arcade.
• Adhere to all stipulations as laid out in the Confidentiality Agreement.
Requirements
• No previous arcade experience
• Valid Police Certificate of Character
• No pending charges

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be mature, responsible, highly motivated, and will be expected to:
• Be punctual, well-groomed and professional in conduct at all times.
• Answer the telephone and return all calls or messages promptly.
• Transport clients to and from destinations in a timely fashion.
• Research and plan for traffic and construction delays.
• Use navigation applications where necessary.
• Ensure that the company vehicle is well maintained, serviced, fueled and ready for use.
• Comply with all road safety rules and regulations.
• Comply with all company safety and security regulations.
• Report any issues to the Operations Manager and/or Managing Director in a timely fashion.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from the Operations Manager and/or Managing Director.
• Conduct any other duties expected of a Driver.
• Adhere to all stipulations as laid out in the Confidentiality Agreement

Requirements:
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Valid Police Certificate of Character - no pending charges.
• More than 10 years of driving experience.
• Must be available On Call.
