Promovirajući sve umjetničke discipline i forme, primarni cilj ArTz-a je promocija mladih umjetnika u Bosni i Hercegovini. arTz nastaje kao potreba za produbljenjem kulturnog života društva u kome živimo. Multidisciplinaran i multiaspektan, ispunjen je sadržaje
m koji privlači sve generacije. Energiju koju nosimo sa sobom prepoznali su i drugi pa su nam se tokom godina postojanja Festivala pridružili umjetnici iz Italije,Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, Albanije, Austrije, Crne Gore, Srbije, Hrvatske, Venecuele, Zimbabwea, Makedonije....! Osnivač festivala "arTz" je Organizacija "Artz Produkcija".

Festival of contemporary Art "arTz" represents a "new wave" of cultural life through artistic disciplines atypical for Tuzla, which is the only festival in the city that provides an opportunity for young people to actively educate and engage in the production of the festival, empowering them as young people - potential managers in culture and future professionals artists. The overall goal of the project is striving to create an alternative, independent, non-commercial, artistic festival which with its quality,will from year to year create its own image and brand, which will promote the city of Tuzla through a wide range of artistic events. Creating art festival that will promote the well-established and unestablished artists (professionals and amateurs), which will with the programming concept be a unique example in Bosnia and Herzegovina
complementing the existing festivals and cultural events in our city artistic areas that are underrepresented among existing. Creation and implementation of this festival would solve the needs of young people in alternative, creative, environmental and non-commercial festival, in which all citizens have the right to vote and participate in the same, and that year after year built its image, and thus became the brand that promoted the city of Tuzla. By creating the mentioned festival, the need to create independent production would partially be solved, in which artistic groups and individuals unrelated to the government agency are profiled.
