To all our amazing stakeholders who showed up or not fiscal present that contributed, THANK YOU! ❤️
Our Board came up with the concept of bringing everyone together for a General Stakeholders Meeting, a space where we could sit together, share ideas, identify challenges, and most importantly, find ways to organize better and improve the way we prepare for Carnival.
And we did just that! 💪🏽
Once a week, we gathered at Crisis Management Office to go through everything that needs to be considered to make Carnival safe, successful, well-organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
From planning and logistics to safety, coordination, communication and all the little details that people may not see behind the scenes, YOU were there, you shared, you challenged, you contributed, and you helped build. 🙌🏽
These meetings showed us once again that when the Carnival community comes together, BIG things happen! 🎉
