Audition for Mother & Son will be held on Monday August 10th, 7pm at Yeppoon little Theatre.
The list of characters:
MAGGIE – The mother, somewhere in her mid to late 70s
ARTHUR – The younger son, 40s
ROBERT – The older son, late 40s
LIZ – Robert’s wife, mid 40s
ANITA – Arthur’s girlfriend, late 30s or early 40s
STEVE* – Aged care assessor, 40s
MONICA** – Nursing home resident, 70s
BRONTE** – Robert and Liz’s daughter, 11
JARROD** - Robert and Liz’s son, 9
*This is a very small role. Only on stage for one short scene.
** These actors will not be required on stage. Their scenes will be videoed and screened during the performance. Auditions for the younger roles will take place after the adults have been cast.
Performance dates are November 20, 21, 22 (matinee), 27, 28.
