⭐️ KEPPEL COAST FLIX presents: ROMERÍA ⭐️

Join us for our next film night at Yeppoon Town Hall on Wednesday 21 October 2026.

From acclaimed Spanish filmmaker Carla Simón, Romería is a beautifully observed drama about family, memory and the stories that shape us.

In 2004, 18-year-old Marina travels to Vigo on Spain’s Atlantic coast to meet her late father’s family for the first time. What begins as a practical visit to obtain a signature for a scholarship soon becomes a deeply personal journey, as Marina uncovers conflicting memories, long-held secrets and the complicated love story of the parents she barely remembers.

Join us for a special screening of Six Days in Spring at the Yeppoon Town Hall.

Six Days in Spring is a tender and moving French-language drama about Sana, a recently divorced mother struggling to make ends meet while raising her twin boys. When their holiday plans fall through, she secretly takes them to her former in-laws’ luxury villa on the French Riviera for six sun-filled days — but their little escape soon becomes harder to keep hidden.

A beautifully observed story about family, resilience, class and the lengths a parent will go to for their children’s happiness.
