To our incredible ladies who juggle full-time jobs, busy households, family commitments and everything in between… this is your reminder that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s important. ❤️🤍🖤

Each week, you walk through our doors, leave the to-do list behind for an hour, and do something that’s just for you.

You laugh. You move. You challenge yourself. You reconnect with friends. And you leave feeling just that little bit lighter.

Physie isn’t just about dancing. It’s about creating space in your week to prioritise your own wellbeing while being part of a supportive community that cheers you on every step of the way.

To all of our amazing women, thank you for showing up for yourselves. We know it isn’t always easy, and we’re so proud to have you as part of our Physie family. 🌸

Some of our favourite stories at CQ Dance are the ones shared across generations.

For the past 8 years, Jax, Lilly-Belle and Piper have been part of our Physie family. Watching the girls grow in confidence, strength and skill alongside their mum has been such a privilege.

Physie is so much more than dance. It’s about sharing experiences, celebrating milestones, supporting each other and creating memories that last a lifetime.

The countdown is on, and we're so excited to kick off another fantastic term at CQ Dance! ❤️🖤

This term we'll be learning exciting new routines, building new skills, making great memories, and having plenty of fun along the way.

✨ Thinking about joining? There's never been a better time! New students are always welcome, and we'd love to have you become part of our CQ Dance family. Whether you're brand new to dance or returning to the studio, there's a place for everyone.

We can't wait to see what Term 3 has in store and look forward to seeing all of our dancers in class from Tuesday 14th July!

Our dancers have been working so hard in class, learning new skills, perfecting their routines and preparing to take the stage. We can't wait to see all of their hard work come to life!
