📸 Expectation vs. Reality 😂💕

Expectation: Beautiful smiles, perfect posture and graceful little dancers. ✨

Reality: Silly faces, endless giggles and enough energy to power the whole hall! 🤪💃

And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

💐 A Little Time Just for You 💐

To our incredible ladies who juggle full-time jobs, busy households, family commitments and everything in between… this is your reminder that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s important. ❤️🤍🖤

Each week, you walk through our doors, leave the to-do list behind for an hour, and do something that’s just for you.

You laugh. You move. You challenge yourself. You reconnect with friends. And you leave feeling just that little bit lighter.

Physie isn’t just about dancing. It’s about creating space in your week to prioritise your own wellbeing while being part of a supportive community that cheers you on every step of the way.

To all of our amazing women, thank you for showing up for yourselves. We know it isn’t always easy, and we’re so proud to have you as part of our Physie family. 🌸

You deserve that hour. 💕

🤍🖤❤️ Three Hearts. One Physie Journey ❤️🖤🤍

Some of our favourite stories at CQ Dance are the ones shared across generations.

For the past 8 years, Jax, Lilly-Belle and Piper have been part of our Physie family. Watching the girls grow in confidence, strength and skill alongside their mum has been such a privilege.

Physie is so much more than dance. It’s about sharing experiences, celebrating milestones, supporting each other and creating memories that last a lifetime.

❤️ Eight incredible years of Physie memories — and many more still to come!

We’re so lucky to have Jax, Lilly-Belle and Piper as part of our CQ Dance family and love watching them continue their Physie journey together.
