Our Kids Pole Fitness class is a fun, safe, and confidence-building way for children to stay active while learning new skills. Designed especially for beginners, this class introduces basic pole movements, spins, and strength exercises in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We focus on improving coordination, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness, all while making sure kids are having fun and feeling proud of what they can achieve. Classes are age-appropriate and taught with a strong emphasis on safety, respect, and positive self-expression. Please message for any further information 😊
