Hi everyone. I'm sad to say that I will be vacating the shop after an elderly gentleman had a bit of a whoopsie into it.
I have cleaned out all my bits and pieces and am at the point of disassembling the cabinetry for my next project. Before I do that I thought I would put the feelers out to see if anyone was looking to start a business where this setup would be suitable for you. The initial setup cost to me was around $25,000, not sure what it would be today, but I'm looking for someone who would be interested in purchasing the setup from me for a fair price under the condition of signing a new lease agreement with the agent. The repairs are estimated at about 3 months, I would suggest organising a rent free period to do whatever changes are needed while the repairs are underway. Perhaps this will be a mutually beneficial opportunity for someone...
Also I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me over the last 15 years. It has been a pleasure running this shop and meeting you all. A fond chapter of my life and I wish you all the best 🙂
