SHOUT OUT to local bands Dalkan and Cold Water Band who have put their hands up to play for us at the Rodeo tomorrow stepping in for Black Image who can't make it any more.

Going to be the best ever Rodeo.

Gates open 2pm.
Children's entertainment and live music while you wait for the bull riding event to start and then more great sounds from our local artists after the bull riding winners are announced.

Bring money to buy merch and food at the stalls.

Welcome to Wujal Wujal.
To date, we have received 107 nominations, with the possibility of additional nominations tomorrow.

Notably, we have been informed that this event is anticipated to be the third-largest Rodeo in Queensland for 2025.

See you all tomorrow guys..lets go Wujal Wujal! 🎉

Live Music at the Rodeo

I know many of you were looking forward to listening to great sounds from Black Image at the Rodeo event, sadly due to unforeseen circumstances they are no longer able to play for our Rodeo.

HOWEVER....

There will still be plenty of great live music from local musicians you love - so join us at the Rodeo for a great family afternoon/evening out.

Huge shout out to the team at Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council for the effort they have put in to preparing the Oval for the Rodeo on Saturday.

The grounds look amazing.

Nominated riders get in for free/don't pay the entry fee.

If you have ALREADY nominated your name will be on the 'door list' and you will NOT have to pay an entry fee at the gate.

If you plan to NOMINATE ON THE DAY, you will have to pay the entry fee at the gate, but you will get this REFUNDED when you show evidence you have nominated.

HOW IT WILL WORK, if you are nominating on the day:
1.Pay entry fee at gate
2.Then head to the arena to complete your nomination and pay the fees.
3. Take your nomination confirmation back to the gate
4. Gate staff will refund you the entry fee.
