This Sunday, June 14th, our community is coming together for the Welcome Walk 5K! Whether you walk for hope, walk for change, or walk for connection, every single step you take makes a tangible difference.

Join us to show our support for people seeking asylum as they take their next steps toward safety, dignity, and a better future.

📍 Where: Orleigh Park, West End (Brisbane)
👟 The Event: A beautiful 5K community walk followed by local cultural activities and connection.

All funds raised go directly to the Romero Centre to supply essential services like safe housing, food relief, mental health support, and community inclusion.

Take a look at our fundraising thermometer—we have currently raised $2,755 of our $25,000 target! This means we still have a crucial way to go to ensure that children and families seeking asylum can achieve their dreams of safety, school, and dignity.

🌟 A beautiful Saturday at Passion for Art 🌟

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to visit our exhibition this Saturday. Your presence, support, and kindness made the day truly special. 💛

It was wonderful to see the community enjoying the artwork, handmade pieces, and creative atmosphere. We are so grateful for every person who took the time to come, support local art, and be part of this experience.

The exhibition was a beautiful success, and we are excited to keep moving forward with more art, more creativity, and more meaningful moments. ✨

You can still visit us on **Wednesdays and Saturdays** to explore and purchase more beautiful handmade pieces.
