We are so rapt !! Our little idea that could - The Appleton Ladies' Potato Race - has been selected to present at Showcase Victoria this May. Only a handful of shows get picked from hundreds and hundreds of applicants. It's a huge step toward our planned regional tour across Victoria in 2027. Huge thanks to celebrated writer Melanie Tait, our wonderful cast, creatives, production team and friends throughout the Ranges wider community, the Mountview Theatre and all of you here and beyond who bought a ticket and gave us your very best standing ovation. From an independent, unfunded, community idea to selling out 1500 seats in the middle of winter with waiting lists galore — it's certainly been something special.
